Corsair 110R PC case review
As we all know, Corsair is one of the best brands in the gaming industry to get PC cabinet cases & other gaming accessories. Corsair is expanding it’s budget PC cabinets by introducing the Corsair 110R. Previous Corsair budget cases include different cases from the ever classic Carbine, Graphite and Obsidian series. And the Corsair 110R is the latest new addition to the budget series and is priced at just Rs.3550 (on MD Computers).
This case will be a lifesaver for those who are looking for a PC case that looks sleek as well as something that doesn’t put a hole in your pocket. Even though it is budget-friendly, it doesn’t mean this PC cabinet will compromise on other things. Corsair 110R is packed with everything that a cabinet should have or you could ever think of. So here are the top things that comes to my mind after building my PC with this case :
Corsair 110R Review
The Corsair 110R is a Midtower ATX case that spreads around the dimension 418mm x 210mm x 480mm. This makes the cabinet form factor pretty small and compact so you can keep it aside the monitor in case you have a small table. The tempered side panel in the Corsair 110R gives a finishing touch to the complete build by showcasing what’s inside, if you have an RGB build like me it’s gonna make it look beautiful. But when you see it from the front, you might mistake it for an old throwback case 😛 as it also has a DVD Drive bay included (It will come handy someday, change my mind :P).
The side tempered panel is 4mm thick and tinted with dark semi-transparent black for us to see what’s inside the CPU. In my case, shiny Adata XPG D60 RGB Rams (3600mhz 8×2) and Shiny RTX 2070 super (Inno 3D iChill Ultra). The I/O positioning, in this case, is on the top side of the case which is in this format: Power button, 2x USB 3.0 and restart button. The thumbscrews that come along with the case is the best part (Be it in any Corsair Cases) is very convenient to use and does come in handy if you are removing the side panel or the back panel often.

Talking about GPU clearance of Corsair 110R, it’s plenty for any type of cards. In my case, I’m using the INNO 3D RTX 2070 super iChill x3 which is basically a huge card with three fans and even an OLED panel on the side to indicate the GPU Temps, fan speed. This GPU fits perfectly in this case thereby I’m pretty sure you don’t have to worry about the GPU clearance unless you are running an SLI which would almost touch the bottom of the case (A.K.A where the PSU top part begins). The GPU clearance of Corsair 110R is 330mm which is ideal for any 3x fan GPU in the market.
The case also comes with a 2.5 inch HDD cage which can be removed or kept as per your wish. In my case, the HDD cage was removed due to poor cable management. In my case, I used a Coolermaster 750W 80+ Gold Fully Modular PSU and since this was the first PC I built, I didn’t emphasize on cable management but just prayed for the PC to boot LOL. Its kinda impossible to install the PSU without removing the PSU unfortunately, at least in my case and the case of Hexus.
A USB C port would’ve been a pleasant surprise but considering the price range, the value for money is what we get here. And that not compromising on looks.
